Jordan Henderson ‘returns to EPL with free transfer’, after quitting Ajax

According to reports, Jordan Henderson will return a shock to the Premier League after leaving Ajax early.

Henderson's contract with the Dutch giants was terminated a year earlier after he put an end to his Stint in Saudi Aarabia, after 57 performances and was mentioned as a captain in Amsterdam.

In a statement, Ajax said: 'Jordan Henderson leaves Ajax. The club has collaborated with the player's request to terminate the current employment contract.

“The Englishman's contract with Ajax ran until June 30, 2026, but now ends immediately.”

Now David Ornstein of the Athletic has revealed that the former Liverpool player will participate in a surprising Premier League outfit and returns to his home country prior to the World Cup of next summer.

According to the report, Henderson will sign a two -year -old deal with Brentford, who sold an in -depth midfielder Christian Norgaard earlier this week to Arsenal to Arsenal.

Ornstein reports that the player will undergo a medical and paperwork at the weekend.

The bees apparently won the race to bring Henderson back to the Premier League, despite interest in his services from all over Europe.
