Manchester United seems to have gotten a deal over the line for one of their young prospects that made an impression on Ruben Amorim during his first training session that was in charge of the Red Devils
Manchester United will sign the young star Godwill Kukonki for his first professional contract. The 17-year-old will put Pen on paper about a deal in Old Trafford who has made a promising start under Ruben Amorim, according to the men.
The towering young person is at 6ft 5ins and has already left an impression on the Portuguese head coach of United. Kokki would be impressed by Amorim in the first training session of the boss and traveled to Ipswich with the team.
The teenager ran the team against Arsenal in December and made squadrons in the Europa League when United Lyon defeated. Kukonki also made the end of the season tour through Asia and started in the 3-1 victory over Hong Kong and came from the bank in the defeat against Asean All-Stars.
The international Under-17 Under-17 can play in the center of defense or in left-back. Kukonki played 14 times for United's Under-18 Side and in the Premier League 2 Play-Offs when United Everton and West Ham defeated before he lost in the semi-final against Rivals Manchester City.
Amorim was quickly impressed by the physicality of Kukonki on his arrival and praised the adulthood of the defender. “He is 16,” said the boss to Mutv.
“But he made a big impression on me, so it's also a sign for the youth players that they can be here.
“If something happened to the team of the first team, they have to perform and I think he is ready, he is very mature to cope with the demands of the Premier League.”

The early chances of Kukonki came to defense for United after the arrival of Amorim. Lisandro Martinez, Jonny Evans, Victor Lindelof and Luke Shaw have all picked up problems to put them on the sidelines.
It is said that Kukonki's ambition is to insist on his United debut despite his tender age after he makes his way through the age groups in the club. The Stoke-on-Trent Born Prospect has already signed early comparisons with Manchester City defender Josko Gvardiol.
Kukonki could still become the youngest defender that United ever represents at senior level in the competition. No united Defender has ever played in the Premier League before he turned 18.
