UFC Heavyweight Valter Walker does not want to replicate the rapid climb of his star brother after his big victory at UFC Nashville.
Valter Walker expanded his remarkable Drie-Vecht Hielhaak entry Win Streak by typing Kennedy Nzechukwu on UFC Nashville. Walker has been neatly reflected since he dropped his UFC debut against Lukasz Brzeski and knocks on the door of a potential place in the heavyweight top 15.
But if it was up to Walker, he would not sit himself nowhere close to the top 15 until he gives more experience.

Valter Walker shares a surprising reason why he wants the UFC to give him a long way to heavyweight top 15
Valter, the younger brother of UFC Light Heavyweight Johnny Walker, has seen first -hand how hyped prospects can experience a hard taste of reality in the UFC Octagon. After a scorching start of his UFC career, some people believed that Johnny would be the biggest threat to de-rejecting the then UFC Light Heavyweight Champion Jones.
But after seeing Johnny Losing four of the five fights after a 3-0 start of his UFC official period, Valter wants to follow a different path to the top.
In a recent interview with MMA Fighting, Walker explained why he wants to avoid the rapid climb from his brother to UFC star row.
“I'm going to say something I've never said before,” said Walker. 'My brother [Johnny] Went to the UFC and had three knockouts and everyone said, “He will beat Jon Jones.” Brother, Jon Jones only fought against champions and former champions all his life. Johnny beat three cans. The one and only was Khalil Rountree.
“At that moment we went to Russia to train and they offered him Corey Anderson. My coach told him:” Man, you are not ready for Corey Anderson. You better say that you are not ready. And then another coach said: 'No, he is ready.
Walker continued with detailed why he wants to wander from large spotlights as he gains more MMA experience.
“You start thinking that you are the best. You can't change with the people around you. You have to hear people because they will set limits,” Walker continued. “Everyone has mistakes, but you have to have the mistakes that are acceptable. You can't cross a line. My brother is a very different man today. He is still a bit crazy, but he is now more mature. I tell him the truth and he listens and I listen when he tells me the truth.”
Johnny will return to the UFC Shanghai Main Event against Zhang Mingyang next month. He returns to the Octagon for the first time since back-to-back knockout losing to Volkan Ozdemir and Magomed Ankalaev in 2024.
Chael Sonnen shared a unique theory about UFC Nashville -controverse
In the meantime, Valter's Highlight-Reel entry was one of the many big moments of an eventful evening in UFC Nashville. UFC leader of all time Derrick Lewis finished Tallison Teixeira in just 35 seconds in the UFC Nashville Main Event, albeit with a touch of controversy.
Teixeira immediately protested against the TKO interruption after he returned after a Lewis judge who brought him down in the first seconds. Referee Jason Herzog later claimed that his interruption was 'a little early' in a recent conversation with 'Big' John McCarthy.
UFC Hall by Famer Chael Sonen believes that Herzog's interruption was by accident and has the feeling that Herzog Texeira is intended for a fence during the last exchanges. In the first post-Fight comments from Teixeira, he did not appeal publicly with the TKO ruling.
