Bellingham will undergo surgery in London on Wednesday because he solves a long -term shoulder problem. According to Cadena Ser, that has set a date on news that Bellingham himself confirmed for the World Cup of Club.
The operation will keep him outside between 10 and 12 weeks. The first of those dates would accept him until October to get back to the field, while the latter would see him return halfway through the month, probably with the international break to recover from the injury. Alonso will go through competition for at least a month and a half without the English international, with Los Blancos back in action on August 19.
The operation will tackle a long -term problem that Bellingham has been supplying since November 2023 when he disrupted his shoulder against Rayo Vallecano. Since then he has been playing heavy tying and managing the pain.
The 22-year-old will miss Liga matches against Osasuna (H), Real Oviedo (A), RCD Mallorca (H), Real Sociedad (A), Espanyol (H), Levante (A), Atletico Madrid (A) and probably also two Champions League bounces, with the Madrid.
The operation has been in the post for some time, but with Euro 2024 last summer and demands on Real Madrid last summer, the club and Bellingham decided to postpone it. Bellingham, however, noted that he wanted the operation to take place.
