UFC Vederweight Champion Alexander Volkanovski has offered his expert prediction for the UFC 318 Main Event between Max Holloway and Dustin Poirier.
On Saturday, Max Holloway returns to the Octagon for the first time since his UFC 308 loss against Ilia Topuria when he defends his BMF title against Dustin Poirier in the UFC 318 Main Event.
Poirier and Holloway only confronted for a few days, for the first time confronted because their trilogy fight was booked and 'The Diamond' had only one thing to say.

“I am going with Max, he clearly comes from a KO loss, something that will become a big factor, not many people can bounce back from a Ko loss, there are few who can do that and I think Max is definitely one of them,” Volkanovski said on TV on the main event.
“I think we will even see the same max or even a more improved (max) now that he is (switched off), perhaps even a little more calculated because you know he can.
“You know he is difficult, you know he has many skills, but now has more a calculated approach, I think he will be a difficult man to beat,” Volkanovski continued.
