Alexander Volkanovski knows how difficult it is to bounce back from a knockout loss.
The UFC champion featherweight was famous by Islam Makhachev before trying to bounce back by fighting Ilia Topuria, who put him asleep a few months later with strikes.
Since then, Topuria has also eliminated Max Holloway to place itself in the goat conversation of 145 pounds.

Alexander Volkanovski emphasizes Max Holloway's ko -loss
Alexander Volkanovski has fought Holloway three times and defeated during his legendary UFC career.
In anticipation of UFC 318, Poirier 2-0 is against the Hawaiian and about to replicate the performance of Volkanovski.
Volkanovski, however, supports Holloway to recover from the most difficult setback of his career by defending the BMF belt and retiring Poirier after loss.
“He comes from the first knockout loss ever. Not many people can bounce back from that,” Volkanovski told Fox Sports Australia. “Many people change afterwards, but there are only a few who can bounce back in a positive way, and I know he is one of them.
“I am going with Max. Of course he comes from a ko loss, something that becomes a big factor. Not many people can bounce back from a Ko loss. There are very few that is possible, and I think Max is definitely one of them.
“I think you might see the same max or a more improved Max now that he will even be calculated that little bit more, because you know he can.
“You know he is difficult, you know he has many skills, but now to have more calculated approach, I think he will be a difficult man to beat.”
What is the next step for Alexander Volkanovski?
Although he did not do it right away, Volkanovski has been reflected in the best possible way.
The favorite of the Aussie Fan Outpointed Diego Lopes to win the vacant featherweight title on UFC 314 in April
Volkanovski is now looking for an opponent for the first defense of his second reign as the 145LB king.
In an ideal world, 19-0 competition Movsar Evloev, who has just withdrawn from a fight with Aaron Pico because of injury, will be the next one for Volkanovski.
“I will fight against who,” he said recently. 'Who they place for me, I fight …
'If you ask me:' For whom would I be most enthusiastic? “It would probably be Movsar. “
