‘Still begging’… Fans criticize Michael Chandler following latest Conor McGregor callout after fight rumors

Michael Chandler's ears came after a few recent comments from his rival.

While Chandler may be at the end of his UFC career, there is still one score that he wants to establish in the Octagon.

He still has to be confronted with Conor McGregor after their planned matchup came through at UFC 303 due to an injury to the Irishman.

Despite the fact that he did not participate in four years, McGregor recently plagued a comeback for next year's UFC event in the White House.

Chandler responded quickly to McGregor's comments after 'The Notorious' had shared an AI-generated image of the two men who stood in the background with President Donald Trump.

Fans Slam Michael Chandler for continuing to call Conor McGregor

Although Michael Chandler understandably feels that there are an unfinished things between him and Conor McGregor, many fans have made clear their feelings about this.

It has been a consistent theme and criticism in recent years of his career that he will never stop chasing a fight that may never happen.

Chandler's decision to wait until 'the Notorious' returned instead of staying active, was a huge talk point and after having had back-to-back losing as soon as he finally returned to the Octagon, it does not seem worthwhile for 'Iron' Mike.

His last message was aimed at the Irishman, referred to some news heads that the former UFC champion who was recently generated after a few unfortunate posts from social media that McGregor has delivered since then.

The reaction of the fans does not seem to be the one who would have hoped Chandler to follow further recoil about chasing after the greatest star in the sport.

Michael Chandler will not intend to return to the Octagon soon

After losing his last three fights, the next outing of Michael Chandler in the Octagon will be absolutely crucial with regard to the future of his career.

'Iron' Mike does not seem to hurry this process after his loss against Paddy Pimblett on UFC 314, after he recently told the SchMO that return is not in his head now.

“Nothing is planned. No names on the table. No dates on the table.” I told [UFC]Don't call me at least the fall … “

“As far as it is actually one step back in the Octagon, probably not until the end of the year, if not the first of next year.”
