Max Holloway can go 0-3 against two different UFC stars.
This weekend, the BMF champion wants to avoid a three-poll for former rival Dustin Poirier in the main event of UFC 318 in New Orleans, Louisiana.
Lafayette's Poirier previously defeated Holloway through entry and decision, UFC debut was spoiled in 2012 and were cut 13-Vecht profit reak to touch interim light weight gold in 2019.
Not successful in his last trilogy against featherweight champion Alexander Volkanovski, Holloway will try to take revenge by taking Poirier's pension fight for his home crowd.
Although there is a lot on Poirier's shoulders for his last walk to the Octagon, a UFC commentator suggests that Holloway is on his way to their 'Bloodbath', among other things.

Paul Felder explains that the pressure has Max Holloway on UFC 318
Retired UFC lightweight and UFC 318 commentator Paul Felder expects Poirier and Holloway to leave it all at stake in New Orleans – especially Poirier, who intends to make his last the best.
“I think it will be a massacre,” Felder told Preston and Steve at 93.3 Wmmr.
“I think both boys have made it clear that they intend to stand in the middle of that octagon and see who is the best man.
“And for me it is actually more pressure on Max in particular for this,” said Felder.
“Because Max is planning to continue his MMA journey and want to become a champion again, while Dustin, I think, for him, what is the most important thing, it is just putting it on the line and going for it.”
Former Poirier -Vijand Eddie Alvarez pointed to pension fights that almost never go well and must lose Poirier, 'The Diamond' will still get his flowers for a great MMA career.
As far as Holloway is concerned, the Fighting Hawaiian has a few more fights in him. Holloway wants Ilia Topuria Rematchen for the UFC light weight title after Topuria had given him the first KO loss of his career at UFC 308 in October in October.
A third loss for Poirier would put 'blessed' back in the title photo on 155 pounds.
Paul Felder responds to commentator for UFC 318
Felder replaces Joe Rogan as a commentator for UFC 318.
Rogan is apparently on vacation, with the former hunter more than happy to take his place in the employment cabin Cageside.
For Felder, Poirier calls vs. Holloway 3 hits home.
“This main event, when I was booked for this, I was really meant, I am always pumped to get a pay-per-view, of course, but I was particularly in this division,” said Felder.
“I have always been a huge fan of both gentlemen.
“I always wanted to fight against Dustin when I was in my bloom, and now I can call his last fight …”
A complete circle moment for Paul Felder, who withdrew from Fighting in 2020.
