The Napoli ownership striker led to a super and cup double last season and can be permanently signed by the Turkish giants for € 75 million.
To discuss their summer work so far, Okan said: “The negotiations for Osimhen are going very well. We are now almost completed, we expect it to be completed as quickly as possible.
“The wish of the player is there, and Napoli also shows a constructive attitude. We hope it can be closed soon. Our entire transfer window was dependent on Osimhen, and there was a very considerable budget involved. Only after completing the deal we will be able to understand where and how to spend the rest of our budget.”

Okan also welcomed the arrival of Nicolo Zaniolo after last season's loan with Fiorentina.
He added: “Zaniolo is a very talented player. We want to keep a close eye on him during this pre -season. He works well, everything goes in the right direction.
“In friendly matches he has shown positive signs in terms of discipline and understanding of the game. He is an important asset to us.”
