Chelsea focuses on a movement for RB Leipzig star Xavi Simons with the blues that expects to load more offensive talent this summer.
Simons is expected to leave the Bundesliga club after failure to secure Champions League football for the coming season.
Last summer, the Dutch International had become a member of RB Leipzig on a permanent basis, with the deal with a first £ 43 million, with another £ 26 million in possible add -ons.
Simons had spent two seasons on loan at the club of the French Giants PSG, while the former prospect of Barcelona Academy had also spent a year on PSV.
The 22-year-old is supposed to be open to a move to Chelsea this summer, with the blues having first conversations with his representatives.
Chelsea has already been heavily strengthened in attacking areas during the transfer window, in which strikers merge Joao Pedro and Liam Delap for £ 60 million and £ 30 million respectively.
Winger Jamie Gittens also entered Borussia Dortmund for £ 55 million, while the highly appreciated Brazilian teenage Estevao for £ 29 million from Palmeiras will arrive.
A movement for Simons would probably depend on spending from Stamford Bridge this summer.
The blues have already sold Noni Madueke to a £ 52 million deal earlier this week in a £ 52 million deal.
Chelsea -Baas Enzo Maresca admitted last month that Christopher Nunku can leave the club this summer.
The blues appear open before his departure, despite signing the 27-year-old for a six-year-old deal for a substantial £ 52.7 million only two years ago.
Nicolas Jackson is also linked to a relocation of Stamford Bridge that dropped the pecking order.
Chelsea insists that they are not in a hurry to sell and appreciate Jackson, which they signed two years ago for £ 32 million, at £ 100 million despite the search to find an upgrade.
Raheem Sterling returned to the club this summer after his seasonal loan in Arsenal, with Joao Felix back from a spell at AC Milan.
Winger Mykhailo Mudryk was sued last month by the Football Association for violating anti-doping rules after a failed drug test, in which the Ukrainian was confronted with the threat of a four-year ban.
