Jiri Prochazka’s comeback fight announced for UFC 320 against dangerous KO artist

Former UFC -light heavyweight champion Jiri Prochazka returns to the Octagon for a confrontation with one of the former enemies of Alex Pereira.

Since he eliminated Jamahal Hill on UFC 311 in January, Jiri Prochazka has stayed relatively quiet from the Achthoek. PrOCHAZKA is working on obtaining his university diploma, while later this year he at the same time returns to the Octagon Plot.

PrOCHAZKA will have to take a break to his studies because he is confronted on one of the largest cards of the year on one of the most dangerous light heavyweight contenders.

Jiri Prochazka vs. Khalil Rountree Jr. added to UFC 320 with title recording on the line

UFC CEO Dana White has announced that Prochazka in Las Vegas against Khalil Rountree Jr. The UFC 320 card will be confronted. White made the announcement, as well as the planned return of Tom Aspinall, during a recent live stream from Instagram.

For the first time since Hill's finish on UFC 311, Prochazka returns to the Octagon earlier this year, after two losses in his previous three fights to Alex Pereira. In the meantime, Pereira UFC will do 320 cups in an immediate rematch against UFC Light Heavyweight Champion Magomed Ankalaev.

PrOCHAZKA hopes to earn a light heavyweight title shot after his previous title line ended abruptly due to an injury. After an absence of a year of fighting to recover from a shoulder surgery, Prochazka van Pereira lost for the then belt on UFC 295.

Between Pereira fights, Prochazka Aleksandar Rakic defeated UFC 300 to return to the light heavyweight title mix. He earned the UFC Light Heavyweight Championship with a Come-From-Behind victory on Glover Teixeira on UFC 275.

In the meantime, Rountree will try to start a new winning series after Hill's exhausting due to a unanimous decision at UFC Baku last month. Rountree lost Van Pereira in his first career UFC title shot on UFC 307 last October.

Rountree is considered one of the most dangerous knockouts of the UFC with finishes about Anthony Smith, Karl Roberson and Chris Dauusus. The winner of the Procazka vs. Rountree will probably earn a title shot against the Victor of the Ankalaev vs. Pereira Rematch.

Merab Dvalishvili returns to UFC 320 Co-Main event against a dangerous competition

In addition to the other UFC 320 announcements, UFC Bantamweight champion Merab Dvalishvili returns to the rising competition cory Sandhagen in the Co-Main event of the map. Dvalishvili returns to the cage after submitting Sean O'Malley in their UFC 316 Rematch last month.

Dvalishvili defeated Umar Nurmagomedov on UFC 311 earlier this year after O'Malley for the belt on UFC 306. The Bantamweight title holder is introducing UFC 320 on a 13-Fight win, including victories on Marlon Moraes, Henry Cejudo and Petr Yan.

Sandhagen earned the Bantamweight title shot after a dominant victory over DeiveSon Figueiredo at UFC des Moines earlier this year. This will be the second time that Sandhagen fought for a UFC belt after he fell to Yan in an interim title match on UFC 267.

The full UFC 320 card is expected to be completed in the coming weeks.
