Oleksandr Usyk has only one requirement from Jake Paul before he apparently says yes to his bizarre fighting challenge.
The undisputed heavyweight boxing champion has recovered all the belts tonight when he eliminated Daniel Dubois within five rounds in Wembley Stadium. But the headlines were dominated by its antics after the fight in the ring, including a face-off with controversial influencer boxer Paul.
Since his victory over former middleweight world champion Julio Cesar Chavez JR last month, Paul has been back on peak relevance in the boxing world. He is now ranked at number 14 in the Cruiserweight Division by the WBA and seems to be a fight somehow with Anthony Joshua for next year.
Oleksandr Usyk responds for the first time to Jake Paul after face-off
Initially it seemed that the face-off between Jake Paul and Oleksandr Usyk was little more on Saturday evening than a photo-Opp for both men. They were warm in the ring with the American who told the champion that he had closed his doubters with another big win.

Everything about the face-off seemed to have been performed, but when Usyk was asked in the press conference after the fight if he was ready for fighting, he seemed to give a detailed answer to the Ukrainian media.
In a briefly translated segment he said to the press in English: “Yes, I am ready, but I have to rest.” Indeed, when it came to even mentioning the next challenger for his belts, Usyk had a similar answer in the ring and refused to commit to Joseph Parker or even a trilogy with Tyson Fury.
Jake Paul wants to fight MMA with Oleksandr Usyk
When he posted video from his perspective on the face-off with Usyk, Jake Paul made it very clear that he wants the fight under MMA rules. He is a co -owner of the PFL and has previously promised to fight with the promotion, although the chance has yet to arise.
In his message, who shared usyk on his own page as an employee, Paul wrote: “Congratulations on one of the greatest heavy weights of all time @Usykaa with a huge victory. I respect you a lot. Now we are doing an MMA match for the world.”
The social media star has a background in the struggle of his high school days, although his brother Logan Paul had a more decorated record and managed to graduate in it. Jake finished the school of Set on his Disney Channel Show Bizaardvark after leaving their native country Ohio in his last year.
As far as you are concerned, his exact background in MMA is unknown, although he claims to have trained in all martial arts, apart from just boxing. He was also seen on training with former Bellator champion Yaroslav Amosov.
