Arsenal has officially confirmed the signing of the young defender Crisphian Mosquera from Valencia CF. The 21-year-old will wear the number 3 shirt and will join the Gunners during their pre-season tour through Asia.

We are delighted to announce that the international crithic Mosquera of Spain under 21 is added with a long -term contract.
The 21-year-old defender arrives from Valencia, where he made 90 performances in all matches.
Crisphian was at the Academy of Valencia from the age of 12 and progressed through the youth ranks before he debuted his first team in the Copa del Rey as a 17-year-old in January 2022. His first La Liga performance came only a few days later, starting at the Mestalla in a 1-1 draw against Sevilla.
Prior to the 2023/24 campaign, Crithian was officially promoted to the team of the first team, and soon became an integral part of the defense of the club. Last season Crithian started 37 of the 38 league games in the campaign and played every minute during his performances.
Born in Spain and is also eligible to play for Colombia, Crithian has done 34 performances at the level of youth for Spain between levels under 15 and below 21. He was also a member of the gold medal-winning team at the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris.
