During a press conference at the Ingeniero Guillermo Aguilar Álvarez, Jr. (“La Cantera”) Facilities, Dr. Luis Raúl González Pérez, president of the club Universidad Nacional, was in charge of presenting it, accompanied by Dr. Miguel Mejía Barón, Sports Vice President, director of the club.
Keylor Navas noticed that the decision to become a member of Pumas was simple: “I knew the affection and enthusiasm, they have transferred me to belong to this club. It is a big club in Mexico and I believe that every player who is presented with this opportunity should not miss it. And today it is a reality and we are we are here.”
In that sense, he told the reasons to come to Pumas: “Today we feel in peace, calm, very happy to represent this big institution. And about the technical director, Ephraín Juárez, he said: “It is a privilege to have him as a coach. In the conversations I have had with him, you can see that he has things very clear, he has knowledge both on and outside the field to help the club.”
He spoke about the atmosphere he found in the team and about goalkeeper Rodrigo Parra, who played in the two most recent matches: “In the team that they received very well, you can see that there is a fairly good human group.
