Red Bull Salzburg, currently fifth in the Austrian Bundesliga, still has a lot of work to do if they want to qualify for the next round of the UEFA Champions League. With just one win and four losses from their first five, they currently sit 32nd in the 'League Phase', albeit just one point behind Tuesday night's opponents, Paris Saint-Germain. It is a meeting that could be decisive for both parties.
RB Salzburg will likely start with Frenchman Lucas Gourna-Douath in midfield, as well as Oscar Gloukh. Meanwhile, Liverpool loanee Stefan Bajcetic will start as centre-back for Pep Lijnders against PSG. Fernando, Maurits Kjaergaard, Kamil Piatowski, Leandro Morgalla, Aleksa Terzic, Gaoussou Diakité and Karim Konaté are all out for the Austrian squad. Exhausted, RB Salzburg desperately need a result against PSG.
