They pretend to be Guardiola and Xavi to coach India

The national team reportedly received a false application from both coaches while selecting their new national team coach.

The AIFF (All India Football Federation) has announced an attempt at cyber scam in an official statement after receiving fake applications from renowned coaches Pep Guardiola and Xavi Hernandez to lead the national team after resigning Spanier Manolo Marquez as a coach.

This attack, with the help of fake -e -mail addresses, comes at a time when the federation is in the middle of selecting a new manager. They have confirmed that they have received more than 170 applications, including those of the current Manchester City manager and former FC Barcelona coach.

“The AIFF received an e -mail with requests from Spanish coaches Pep Guardiola and Xavi Hernández. The authenticity of their applications could not be confirmed and they were then not found true.” The AIFF itself confirmed the incident with this message.
