Joao Felix has left Chelsea to join the Saudi Pro League side Al-Nassr with a permanent deal.
The 25-year-old Portugal International moved to Stamford Bridge from Atletico Madrid last summer, after he had had an earlier spell with the blues on loan in 2023.
He made 20 performances in front of Enzo Maresca in the first half of the season – but only started three Premier League matches – before he left for AC Milan in January.
“We thank Joao for his efforts in his two spells in the club and wish him the best for the future,” Chelsea said in the statement.
Felix has signed a two -year contract with his new club. Al-Nassr reportedly paid an initial transfer costs of £ 26 million, although add-ons that increase could see as high as £ 43 million poem at the Sum Chelsea paid Atletico for his services last summer.

Chelsea is also supposed to be open to offers for Ben Chilwell and Raheem Sterling, who are excess for requirements under Enzo Maresca.
In the meantime, the blues are closer to the completion of a movement for RB Leipzig's 22-year-old attacking midfielder Xavi Simons.
He is expected to leave the German side after they have not obtained the coming season to secure Champions League football.
Simons only came to Leipzig last summer in a deal with a first £ 43 million, with another £ 26 million possible in add-ons.
He had previously spent two seasons on loan in the club of the French Giants PSG, while the former prospect of Barcelona Academy had also spent a year at PSV.
The 22-year-old is supposed to be open to a move to Chelsea this summer, with the blues having first conversations with his representatives.
Chelsea has already been heavily strengthened in attacking areas during the transfer window, in which strikers merge Joao Pedro and Liam Delap for £ 60 million and £ 30 million respectively.

Chelsea boss Maresca admitted last month that Christopher Nunku can leave the club this summer.
