UFC Superstar Conor McGregor made light of comparisons with Ilia Topuria with a bizarre meme.
Ilia Topuria became the pound-for-pound king of the UFC when he hit Charles Oliveira for the then vacant UFC Lightweight Championship last month on UFC 317. Topuria etched its name in the UFC history books by winning a second world title.
Topuria added fuel to comparisons between herself and UFC -Superster Conor McGregor with its constantly unbeaten run. Despite their shared praises, there is little love between Topuria and McGregor.

After Topuria Alexander Volkanovski had eliminated for the featherweight title of the UFC on UFC 298, Topuria McGregor proclaimed a matchup in Spain for the return of the legend to the Octagon. McGregor has not fought anymore since he injured his leg against Dustin Poirier in their UFC 264 trilogy.
Since UFC 298, tensions have escalated between Topuria and McGregor. McGregor's greatest rival, Khabib Nurmagomedov, compared him with Topuria, a comparison that was not well received by McGregor in a tweet -defined tweet.
Days after the tweet, McGregor shared a new hairstyle with a parable with UFC Hall of Famer Chuck Liddell. Responses to the new hairstyle of McGregor have been mixed, while the former two -division champion will continue to take a return to the Octagon next year.
Topuria's Elite Boxing, to deal with his brash personality, signed comparisons with McGregor during his career. After the new hairstyle of McGregor went viral, he shared a meme removed since then with his Instagram story that the two-part UFC champion seemed to troll.

At the moment Topuria has not responded to the shared meme of McGregor. He is expected to return to the Octagon later this year to defend his lightweight championship against an opponent to be received.
Last year the tensions between McGregor and Topuria shot up when McGregor called on the then champion of the featherweight to 'meet him in Marbella' while he was in Spain for a bald Knokkel FC event. Despite the amazing rant of McGregor, Topuria and McGregor did not come face to face in Marbella for BKFC Spain.

McGregor recently confirmed its UFC Fenceback plans to fight on the planned White House card of the promotion in July. The former title holder of two division said that he has re-introduced the UFC drug test pool and seems serious in his last comeback attempt.
McGregor was supposed to give UFC 303 against Michael Chandler last year before he withdrew because of injury. Chandler has fought twice since he and McGregor competed against each other as coaches on the ultimate hunter 31.
McGregor has lost three of his last four UFC fights, including back-to-back losses for Poirier in 2021. His last victory came against UFC Hall by Famer Donald Cerrone at UFC 246.
