Getafe CF has officially announced the signing of Moroccan center-back Abdel Abqar on a free transfer. The 26-year-old defender has written a three-year-old deal with the club, leaving him at the Alfonso Pérez Coliseum until 30 June 2028.

Getafe CF has reached an agreement with Moroccan center-back Abdel Abqar to join the club for the next three seasons, until June 30, 2028.
At the age of 26, Abqar is a full international for his country and arrives at Getafe on a free transfer after the last five seasons with Deportivo Alavés, with whom he stood to the top flight of Spanish football and where he played 56 games in the last two seasons.
