For a long time UFC analyst Joe Rogan received many messages on a birthday that was not his.
Joe Rogan and UFC CEO Dana White have been friends and business colleagues for more than two decades. Rogan and White are both equally responsible for the rise in UFC over the years and have left unmistakable stamps on mixed martial arts.
Rogan has served a UFC broadcaster since 1997, starting as an interviewer before he was in a color commentary in 2002. White, together with Lorenzo and Frank Fertitta, bought the UFC brand in 2001 when the company was on the ropes.
Rogan and White have remained good friends over the years and have been to each other's sides during the highlights and lows of their career.

Joe Rogan responds to wrong lucky birthday messages on Dana White
The shared interests of White and Rogan and similar political views have encouraged some to confuse the two combat personalities over the years. White celebrated his 56th birthday on Monday, but unfortunately the legendary podcaster received some of the well -desired wishes for the UFC head for Rogan.
In a recent Instagram message, Rogan responded to the wrong birthday wishes.
“Thanks to everyone who wants me a happy birthday, but it's not my birthday,” said Rogan.
“It's a kind of joke, but people always call Dana me and call me Dana. Anyway, it's his birthday and he is a great person and I love him until death. Happy birthday my brother!”
Rogan was a remarkable absence of UFC 318 earlier this month. He was filled in by Paul Felder on the UFC employment agency next to Daniel Cormier and Jon Anik.
Rogan has a condition in his UFC contract that he will not serve as a UFC commentator when White leaves the promotion. Despite their proximity, Rogan has not prevented from criticizing White and the business transactions of the UFC over the years.

Rogan was recently crucial of the UFC when thinking about White's decision to emphasize one of the largest controversies of Conor McGregor in promoting UFC 229: Khabib vs. McGregor. The UFC used McGregor's UFC that destroyed a bus filled with UFC hunters in an attempt to detect Khabib Nurmagomedov, after the then light competitioner hit his teammate Artem Lobov.
Rogan went so far that the UFC 'encouraged' the behavior of McGregor by including images in the UFC 229: Countdown episode and other promotion before the fight. McGregor argued for 'no competition' for a counting of disorderly behavior as a result of the incident.
Michael Chiesa, Ray Borg and other athletes were injured in the attack of McGregor.
