Ex-UFC star lays blame on amateur fighter Sean Strickland attacked to get suspended… ‘You found out’

Not everyone was against the decision of former UFC champion Sean Strickland to storm the cage and attack an amateur hunter.

The always controversial strickland made the headlines in June because of its actions during a Tuff-N-EUff event in Las Vegas. Strickland bore his Xtreme Couture Teammate, Miles Hunsinger, next to colleague -Ufc -Hunter Chris Curtis.

After Hunsinger was submitted, the victorious Luis Hernandez was taunted by his opponent's team with a pro wrestling 'Crotch Chop'. The move did not go down well and resulted in Strickland that the cage stormed and Hernandez.

Since then he has been suspended indefinitely, but a former UFC hunter thinks that the victim of the attack also earns every punishment that has been distributed to Strickland.

Strickland remains suspended due to the incident, at least to the full disciplinary hearing that is expected in August. A unanimous mood resulted in the former UFC champion who had his ban on fighting, extended during the last monthly meeting of the Nevada Athletic Commission in July.

Josh Thomson has irritated the situation, who believes it is unfair that Strickland will be punished for his attack, while Hernandez has no consequences for inciting the fight with his party.

“The committee prevents him from making money,” Thomson said on his ways in Podcast. “I think the rules should be in both sides.

“I wish Sean would have ended the job, man. I think we have become so soft these days,” he continued, campaigning for someone to be suspended for a party. “You can't go around – so only because you think someone is going to protect you … This is real life.

“I think that guy should also have been suspended. … Whatever the organization is, I would not recommend using it again.

“I think in this situation they should have said,” Hey man, you're around and you've come to mind. That's what you get. ” … it could be the same.

Thomson's podcast co-gastheer, legendary former MMA referee John McCarthy, quickly pushed back on those comments. After he explained that the committee has no authority about MMA hunters of amateur, McCarthy also noted that punishing parties would become a slippery slope.
