Jake Paul responds after positive talks for potential $40 million super fight against Anthony Joshua continue

Conversations between the team of Jake Paul and Anthony Joshua are apparently trending in the right direction for a potentially super fight in the boxing ring.

After the successful return of Jake Paul to the boxing ring against Julio Cesar Chavez JR last June, 'The Problem Child' focused his attention on various current champions in the sport.

After scoring the unanimous decision victory, to the great dismay of the Booing fans, Paul shouted the current champions, Badou Jack, Zurdo Ramirez, Gervonta Davis and others, while fans hit his courage.

Paul, however, also called former heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua, and that now seems the most likely next fight for the 28-year-old.

Jake Paul responds with Anthony Joshua after positive conversations

After Paul had declared the opportunity to fight against Joshua, he was begged to stop by fans who fear his health against the knockout machine.

Nevertheless, he was surprisingly supported by former heavyweight champion Tyson Fury, who claimed that a fight between Paul and Joshua would be close by.

The possibility of the fight really became when Joshua's promoter Eddie Hearn broke his silence during the fight, surprisingly revealing that he is open, despite his historically bad relationship with Paul.

And with that his conversations apparently continue between the two teams, and Paul's Manager Nakisa Bidarian has provided positive updates.

“I think the fight can absolutely happen, I have seen it as Jake vs Joshua, who is pretty biblical and pretty impactful in many ways,” Bidarian told Sky Sports.

“If you look at Anthony Joshua, I think he is 28-4 if I am not mistaken and two of his losses against Oleksandr Usyk, USYK on 220 pounds for those fights.

“Jake is not usyk, much more years of experience needed to get to that level, but Jake walks around between 208-210 pounds and he moisted Mike Tyson at 228 pounds, so I think the size of the size can be comfortable with it … It can be a very interesting matchup and we will discuss it actively with match,” he continued.

Anthony Joshua remains cautious about possible collision against Jake Paul

Although the fight seems to be in the right direction, Joshua has risen online about a possible collision against Paul.

With 'The Problem Child' so pronounced in the media, and that is one of the reasons why he is so widely hated by boxing fans, Joshua is not rotated in one of those games.

Because Paul called him, Joshua still has to respond publicly, but according to Hearn apparently is interested in the collision that could possibly grab them $ 40 million.
