Joe Rogan believes training in Jiu-Jitsu and a pretty cool person his hand in hand.
The UFC commentator started the soft art of Jiu-Jitsu shortly after seeing MMA for the first time in 1996.
Almost 30 years later, the dedicated dedication of Joe Rogan to the sport has seen him earn black straps in GI and no-gi from BJJ.
During a recent episode of his Uber-popular podcast, the 57-year-old shared his thoughts about Jiu-Jitsu and his ability to create great people.

Joe Rogan explains how BJJ creates good people
Rogan believes that the vast majority of people who persist with Jiu-Jitsu will become a better version of themselves.
The UFC legend was '99 percent 'certain that he would get along with anyone who has done Jiu-Jitsu training for more than eight years.
“Jiu-Jitsu is one of the most rewarding things in life,” said Rogan.
'It's super difficult to do. It's really good for your head.
“Like, Jiu-Jitsu people in general, you get D caps in every walk of life, but for the most part you get the nicest people.
“You get people of character because you have to have character to stick it out.
“If you do Jiu-Jitsu for eight years, I am 99 percent sure I can hang out with you.
“Like, you are a guy who has his – together.”
Joe Rogan's next UFC event
In recent years, Rogan has shortened his UFC role to the point at which he only deals with pay-per-view shows in the United States.
The favorite of the fans is expected to be in the employment cabin for UFC 318, which took place in New Orleans last month.
Rogan hit Dustin Poirier vs. Max Holloway 3 about to take a hunting holiday with his family.
Yet he made a surprising cameee by sending a video message to Poirier prior to his last MMA fight.
Rogan is expected to be back in the temporary employment cabin when UFC 319 will fall in Chicago on 16 August.
Details about who will comment on the middleweight title fight between Dricus du Plessis and Khamzat Chimaev will not be made public until the Vechtweek.
Fans will therefore simply have to wait and see if Rogan returns after they have been chosen to attend the last large UFC show.
