La Masia breakout star confident on first team spot in 2025/26

Hansi Flick uses Barcelona's pre -season tour through Asia as a test area for different players prior to the 2025/26 season.

Flick knows that a deep team is required to fight over several fronts in the coming months, while he wants to keep his La Liga, Copa del Rey and Spanish Super Cup titles in 2026.

The former Bayern Munich chef has indicated that he no longer intends to pay his team's income, but there can still be selling before the transfer window closes.

The Tour has offered opportunities to some of the newest La Masia talents from Barcelona with Dro Fernandez and Jofre Torrents who attracted the attention in addition to the summer Bardghji signing.

Flick has already confirmed Bardghji in Barcelona before 2025/26 in the midst of rumors that he could be lent to gain experience.

A similar pattern seems to be followed with torrents with flick trust that he has 'two or three players for each position' and the 18-year-old can offer coverage for Alejandro Bald.

The Fit-Again Balde will be the first choice on the left with Gerard Martin as a backup of the Spain International.

However, no risk will be taken by Flick and keeping torrents as a third choice is a steady choice and the teenager is ready to understand his chance.

“I hope to perform at a very good level to achieve my goals, namely to get as many minutes as possible in the first team of Barca. That is what I will try to do,” according to Marca.

“I would define myself as a reliable full back that gives 100% in every game. I know how I can break lines and contribute offensively.

“I am very happy and happy that I was able to enjoy these minutes that the coach gave me. I am very happy that I fulfilled my dream since I was little, that would make his debut in the first team.”
