Chelsea wants to sign both Xavi Simons and Alejandro Garnaacho before the transfer window is closed.
Chelsea is in conversation to sign the two attackers and there have been discussions for some time, with good relationships between all clubs.
Simons was not in the RB Leipzig team for their friendly on Saturday, while Garnacho is one of the many players who wants to move Manchester United this summer.
Sky Sports News reported last month that Bayern Munich are also interested in Simons, who is left for his contract for another two years.
Chelsea has agreed to limit the registration of new players for UEFA matches in the 2025/26 season, unless the value of new signing sessions to their squadrons is recovered in the sale after a fine, together with Aston Villa, by UEFA for breaches of his financial rules.
This summer, Chelsea spent more than £ 250 million on eight new signing sessions, with Ajax defender Jorel Hato their newest addition, and there will be more income as players are sold and borrowed.
Nine players have left the club permanently, with Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall, Armando Broja, Carney Chukwuemeka, Marc Guiu and Lesley Ugochukwu also expects to leave Stamford Bridge.
Christopher Nunku and Raheem Sterling will probably also leave and there will be question marks about the future of Nicolas Jackson.
Chelsea returned Monday for the training for the season after having three weeks off since winning the club World Cup.
Before their season opener against Crystal Palace on Sunday, August 17, live on Sky Sports, Chelsea Bayer Leverkusen plays on Friday and AC Milan on Sunday on Stamford Bridge.
