Isak arrives for awkward Newcastle talks amid Liverpool transfer drama

Newcastle is desperate to hold on to star -striker Alexander Isak, but is confronted with a huge task of doing this with Liverpool Gunning to sign the Swedish international after a bid of £ 120 million rejected by the magpies

Newcastle star Alexander Isak was filmed on the club's training field while Liverpool's high -profile pursuit of the Sweden striker is on stepping.

Isak has told Newcastle Chiefs that he wants to consider his options this summer in the midst of interest in the Reds, who have already rejected an £ 110 million bid, and he did not participate in his teammates during their pre-season tour in Asia.

The striker has been a lot of demand after a sensational season in the Premier League, scored 27 goals and Liverpool is strongly linked to a movement in this transfer window.

But after he refused to link himself to the rest of the team in the preseason, he only decided to train in the training facilities of the former Club Real Sociedad to get itself ticked.

Newcastle -Baas Eddie Howe admitted on Sunday that he was not sure whether Isak would return to the club's training field in the midst of his future.

But Sky Sports showed images of Isak that arrived in the Newcastle complex on Monday morning. Isak was seen who entered the facility in his Mercedes-Benz 4×4 and Sky reported that he was the only player who was present in the training field because the team had received the peace after the landing of South Korea early this morning.

It comes less than 24 hours after Howe spoke about his future and said he had no control over what happened afterwards.

“Of course I would like him (there), but I know whether he will do that in time,” he said. “E has been here with the time difference, preparations for training and games. Other people have had to deal with that situation at home.”

But he gave the player a warning for his refusal to link himself to the team in the previous season, and said that no one in the team could “act badly”.

“You have to earn the right to train with us,” he added. “We are Newcastle United. The player has a responsibility here to be part of a team and part of a team – you have to act in the right way. So that is also the case.

“We will ensure that every player does that to earn the right to train with the group. No player can expect to act poorly and train normally with the group.”

Newcastle is braced for an improved range of Liverpool, which is reportedly standing until the Magpies know if they have been successful in signing Benjamin Sesko – who could be the long -term successor to Isak – before they make an offer.
