Ravel Morrison joins ex-Man United and Chelsea stars on new PFA transfer list

Ravel Morrison is mentioned as a surprise in the list of free agents who attend six of the PFA's PFA week while he keeps an eye on a return to English football.

The product of the United Academy – who played in addition to Paul Pogba and Jesse Lingard, was tipped to become a future star of the first team, but had trouble meet expectations.

Eventually he left the club in 2012, after concern about the field problems and the number of injuries, before he eventually became a member of West Ham.

In September, Morrison signed for the 14th club of his roller coaster career – Precision FC in Dubai – but is now not connected and looks at a return to English football.

This summer, the PFA – the Professional Footballers' Association – set training camps for free agents who want to stay fit and play games while they don't have a club to participate.

And Morrison is included on the list of the association for the sixth week of the camp and joins 21 other players, including a fellow Ex-Manchester United star and a former Chelsea man.

In addition to Morrison, the former United Academy player Ryan is Tunnicliffe, who played with Morrison in the FA Youth Cup-Winning Team of United. He has since seen for Fulham and Portsmouth.

Such as Jamal Blackman, formerly from Chelsea, while Jake Cain used to be in Liverpool's books.

Morrison has not played in England since the 2021-22 season when he was in the books of Derby County.

He is now 32, but went to the United States to play for DC United, while he also proved to be in his career for Lazio, QPR and West Ham. He also played in the Baller League.

Morrison, a youth international in youth up to and including 21, also plays for Jamaica, who is managed by former three Lions boss Steve McClaren.

Earlier this year he begged English clubs to take a chance to take him despite his reputation. He said the athletics: 'I really believe that I can play in the championship, easy. The frustrating thing is that I don't get the chance.

'My agent spoke with many sporting directors, chief scouts and heads of recruitment, and we are really close to an agreement.

“Then they get the manager's opinion and it becomes:” Ah, but he did this, he did that “, and they are talking about things that happened when I was a child.

'Time has continued, it is more than ten years ago. But it is sometimes crazy how people don't go any further.

'So many people have formed an opinion about me, but those opinions are based on things that happened 10 to 15 years ago.

'I am 32 now. I have played football all over the world and had a good career. I am no longer a child of 16 or 17.

'But again, I have to look at myself because it all comes from my own mistakes. I have done a number of things that were wrong and I can't blame anyone but myself. '
