The young core of the current Barcelona team certainly has a number of achievements on their names, but many of them have just started adult life, with Lamine Yamal and Pau Cubarsi that only come to the age of the field in the past six months. The latter has been set for a large year.
Cubarsi comes from a small village called Estanyol, near Girona in North catalonia, and has a population of only 183 inhabitants. As such, Cubarsi has spent his teenage years in the residence of La Masia since he signed for the Blaugrana in 2018. This year, however, he will leave Barcelona's accommodation.
His seven -year -old Stint at the Ciutat eSportiva, however, has ended. In an interview with TV3 during the Barcelona tour through Asia, Cubarsi revealed that he had plans
“I could still stay in La Masia for another year, but now I try to get some distance, to be more relaxed, alone. And my sister and I go alone. In Barcelona, to be close to my family,” he said, affecting that they would live alone.
“We will try to study business administration and management, ADE,” Cubarsi also explained. Although he did not confirm what, Barcelona Serverename universities focused on companies, and Cubarsi, after his entrance exams in June, will start studying at the university in September.
Cubarsi will demonstrably experience more competition than ever in the central defense, with six options for Hansi Flick in two positions. Jules Kounde and Eric Garcia are more likely to appear as right backs, but Ronald Araujo and Andreas Christensen come for his starting point this season in the line-up, who had been a guaranteed starter last year alongside Inigo Martinez.
