Muhammad Mokaev makes big concession to UFC, Dana White about potential return to the promotion

Muhammad Mokaev has raised the Ante in his pursuit of a second chance in the UFC Octagon.

Former UFC Flyweight Competier Muhammad Mokaev remains one of the best unbeaten prospects in MMA, despite his abrupt release of the UFC. Mokaev was not again signed last year after a heavily criticized victory over Manel Kape at UFC 304.

Since saying goodbye to ways with the UFC, Mokaev is still being discussed as one of the best hunters outside the promotion. He has won victories in brave CF, karate fights and 971 FC since his departure.

Months away from the last UFC -appear from Mokaev, and the promotion still seems non -unpleasant in the ghost of the talented flying weight and refuse to bring it back. But if the opportunity arose, Mokaev would be willing to make one big concession to guarantee a place in the selection.

Muhammad Mokaev promises big change if he gets the second chance in UFC

In a recent performance on the MightyCast -Podcast, Mokaev revealed what he would like to do to secure another shot in the UFC indemnum.

“At the moment I can also go to the Bantamweight Division. But I have to be a little bulk. I think bantam weight, stylistic, easier for me than flying weight,” Mokaev said.

“I spared with so many Bantam weights. Petr Yan, said Nurmagomedov, I trained with a lot of them. And I think stylistically, Bantam weight is easier. I am a much faster hunter at Bantam weight. I have so much weight, sometimes I don't have that power.

“If [the UFC] sent me a contract, I would fight at Bantamweight, “said Mokaev. “I have the advantage of my age and by the time I return and return to the ranking, they will all be like 35 or 36 [years old]. “

The most recent victory of Mokaev, a unanimous decision victory in June on 971 FC 2, marked his return to the Bantam weight division. Including the victory over Thomas Assis, Mokaev fought four times in his career on 135 pounds.

If Mokaev is serious about a Bantamweight movement and the UFC, he would add to a stacked bantam weight division. UFC Bantamweight champion Merab Dvalishvili is looking for new challengers if he can pass Cory Sandhagen in his next defending defense.

The UFC breaks tires with arranged heavyweight despite three-field profit reak

Mokaev is not the only surprising name with which the UFC has reduced tires despite success in the Octagon.

The UFC has chosen not to sign ranked heavyweight Martin Buday on a new contract after his dominant victory over Marcus Buchecha in UFC Abu Dhabi last month. Buday, who went 7-1 in his UFC official period, beat Buchecha by unanimous decision.

Buday's cut from the promotion led to strong reactions from fans and experts in recent days. But despite his successes in the Achthoek, many of Buday's recent victories were not entertaining for the buyer, which was an important factor in his release.

At the moment, UFC CEO Dana White has not given any public comments about the promotion, not again signing Buday.
