Barcelona is said to be convinced that the club can register six players, including Marcus Rashford, prior to the new LaLiga season.
Rashford came to Barcelona last month in a seasonal loan agreement from Man United, where the Catalan giants have the option to make the move permanent for around £ 30 million.
However, the reigning LaLiga champions have encountered difficulties to register players at the competition because of their continuous financial situation.
Barcelona struggled last season to register Dani Olmo and Pau Victor, with the couple initially received temporary licenses that were withdrawn by Laliga during the January transfer window.
The club was temporarily allowed to have the licenses repaired after a appeal, but the Saga dragged through the 2025-26 season.
Joan Laporta, president of Barcelona, has expressed the confidence that Rashford will be one of the six stars that were registered before the season.
“It is progressing well,” Laporta told ESPN. “We do our work and we are convinced that we can register everyone.”
When he was asked about the situation, Rashford added: 'It's something for the club to find out. I believe they are going to sort it.
“I just concentrate on training and be ready for the start of the season.”
The Spanish newspaper sport states that Barcelona hopes to be able to register Rashford and five other players, someday a new sponsorship agreement and increasing £ 87 million is ratified by the sale of 475 VIP chairs in Camp Nou.
Rashford and colleague New Signing Joan Garcia are reportedly the priorities of Barcelona to be registered for the new season, together with Wojciech Szczesny.
