Marc Guehi's future in Crystal Palace remains uncertain on the way to the last beating of the summer transfer window, with Liverpool and Newcastle both in the race
Marc Guehi would prefer a relocation to Liverpool if he were sold by Crystal Palace – but they still have to receive an offer. Guehi, 25, entered the last year of his contract with Palace, who has stuck a price tag of £ 40 million on their defender.
Mirror Football reported last month that Liverpool was in pole position for Guehi, but the possibility of signing Newcastle striker Alexander Isak has become their focus. The Premier League champions have already spent almost £ 300 million this summer and should pay at least £ 125 million for Isak.
