“Then the division must of course be cleaned up before you go to the next. The middleweight division is currently very exciting, just look at the Shuffle in the top five. It has been the same for many years.

“Then look at the past year, there are so many changes. Robert Whittaker is out of the top five for the first time in eight years. I fought everyone in the top five until last week, now there are two new names.

“This means that the division will be lively. Otherwise it would not have been logical to stay. But there are now exciting fights and I am always busy with the new hungry contenders. Let's see how it happens, but I am certainly interested in getting in weight at a certain point in the near future.”
