FC Barcelona announces that, after the disciplinary procedure opened against player Marc-André ter Stegen, and until this issue is definitively resolved, the club, through mutual agreement with the sporting direction and the coaching staff, has decided to temporarily retire his role as the first-team Kapitein.
During this period, the tasks of the first captain will be adopted by the current Vice-captain, Ronald Arajo.
