Fan footage shows moment security mistook Belal Muhammad for an over-excited fan at UFC 310

Belal Muhammad's insult was caught on camera at UFC 310.

On Saturday night, the welterweight champion had a front row seat to watch Shavkat Rakhmonov and Ian Garry battle it out for the chance to fight him next in the co-main event of Dana White's final pay-per-view show of the year.

After earning a decisive victory, Rakhmonov invited 'Remember The Name' into the UFC Octagon for a showdown ahead of their 2025 matchup.

However, things went embarrassingly wrong when the security team mistook him for an over-enthusiastic fan.

Someone sitting close to Belal Muhammad captured the entire event on camera.

Footage of security preventing him from entering the Octagon has since gone viral on social media.

It shows Mohammed explaining who he is and pointing out that he has just been invited into the cage.

You also hear Joe Rogan make things worse by saying, “The security doesn't know he's the champ.”

After some negotiation, Mohammed was allowed to enter the Octagon for his look at Rakhmonov.

However, he has since become the butt of jokes from fans and some of his UFC rivals, who are reveling in the chilling viral moment.

Conor McGregor mocks Belal Muhammad after UFC 310

Conor McGregor has made his dislike of Belal Muhammad very clear in 2024.

The Irishman was one of the first people to poke fun at the champion's UFC 310 security snap.

“Security doesn't know he's the champion, look at the state of this bastard. Security doesn't know he's the champion? I'm not surprised, motherfucker, he's a motherfucker,” McGregor said in a since-deleted X-ballot.

“Shut up you little fool, you barely got in the ring, they don't even know you were the champion you were fat. “Who the hell is that guy,” security said! Ah stop man, two a*** wipes, yeah.

“He captioned the post: “2 bums.”
