Images of Liam Delap who respond to Joao Pedro's goal in the friendly victory of Chelsea over Bayer Leverkusen have caused rather upright on social media.
The side of Enzo Maresca rode on Friday to a dominant 2-0 win over Stamford Bridge after Wonderkid Estevao scored the second on his electric debut and Pedro added the second.
All eyes were aimed at Estevao after he had tapped at home when Cole Palmer's efforts got against the woodwork, but the attention shifted late in the second half to colleague -new boy Pedro, the replacement who had doubled the lead of the blues at 90 minutes.
Pedro was introduced instead of Delap, who was unable to find the back of the net.
