Heaven scored in the Tour victory in May after the season after the season against a Hong Kong XI and he came close to breaking the impasse in the scoreless draw with Leeds in Stockholm two weeks ago.

He said: “I was surprised about the number of games I played, but I knew that when I was going to play, I would have an impact.

“I just try to be calm when I have the ball and just choose the right fit.

“It helps if you have a calm mind and just play. I can play on the left in the middle, but the left is probably more to me because of my ability with the ball.

“I can drive the ball, I can overlap if I need and I can just get more forward. That is one of my biggest strengths.

“When I was younger, I was clearly an attacker, but it was when I was around 14, 15 when I had an enormous growth spurt and I started filtering a bit back.

“I started left back, then I went to the left to the center of the back, and then I started to look up to people like (Virgil) van Dijk and William Saliba, and those kinds of players.”
