Viktor Gyokeres scored his first goal for Arsenal while the Gunners ended their pre-season campaign with a 3-0 win against Athletic Club.

The first Arsenal starts from Gyokees against Villarreal without a goal and in the defeat in the midweek, but Arsenal's new £ 63.5 million striker was all smiling on his second appearance of Emirates.
There was anticipation every time he got the ball and the Gunners supporters were willing to shoot an early shot in the corner after he had performed by Bukayo Saka. Gyokeres, however, picked his lines and his weak strike was easily saved by athletic goalkeeper Unai Simon.
He would no longer make the same mistake.
Gyokees led through the impressive Martin Zubimendi and emphatically led an inch perfect cross along Simon before he first picked up his trademark celebration in Arsenal colors, to the great joy of the home fans.
They celebrated only two minutes later. Gyokores, who showed flash units of brilliant link-up game until afternoon, damped the ball on the path of Declan Rice, who cut the ball forward and in the path of Martinelli. Simon came from his goal and was caught from position, allowing Martinelli Saka to set up for a tap-in.
After the break, Arsenal Noni Madueke introduced, but it was Gyokeres who kept shining as he settled in his new environment in North Londs.
A agile touch after using his strength to get the ball, Saka let go before a few runs were selected by fit when the combination game between Gyokees and his new teammates continued to build.
He almost finished a perfect afternoon with a second goal when he dived to meet Madueke's cross. His header went to the bottom corner until Simon's fine save led the ball on the post and road to safety.
It was one of the last actions of Gyokees before it was replaced by Kai Havertz at 70 minutes.
No gyokers, no problem for Arsenal when Havertz ended a nice afternoon for the Gunners.
The German showed an excellent turn of the foot to race over half the line and on a loose ball before loading in the box, to hold a final challenge and shoot a low shot over Simon and in the bottom corner to send Arsenal to the new season on a high.
