After his shock from the UFC, Muhammad Mokaev continued to build his name in the sport by picking up victories elsewhere.
When Muhammad Mokaev was shocked by the promotion after his victory over Manel Kape at UFC 304 last year, it was unclear where his career would go from there.
After he participated in struggling, he then returned to the world of MMA when he signed to fight on Brave CF 91 and scored a first round entry.
And when an attempt to refine his striking, the 25-year-old surprisingly appeared on Karate Combat 54, where he scored a second round finish after landing a huge body stick.
Mokaev then returned to MMA when he competed at 971 FC 2 and scored a unanimous decision victory over Thomas Assis.

Muhammad Mokaev made Dagestan debut and took another victory
'The Punisher' recently spoke about his potential return to the UFC and stated that he would not accept Dana White's offer if he offered him a chance in the Contender Series of Dana White.
And with that he continued his impressive career outside the UFC last Saturday when he made his debut in Dagestan in a wrestling match.
Although Mokaev was born in Dagestan, he moved to the United Kingdom when he was a young boy and he only returned to Dagestan for training.
On Saturday, however, the 25-year-old there participated for the first time and took a victory over the then unbeaten, Anis Ekubov.
“Alhamdulilah another victory tonight against one of the best flight weights Anis Ekubov (4-0 ACA). Another experience in the bank. I am on the tour that beats every flight weight of other organizations. Free agent, most paid flight weight in the world. M57 does what he wants,” said Mokaev after his victory.

Will Muhammad Mokaev return to the UFC?
Although Mokaev's relationship with the UFC seemed to end up on bad conditions, Dana White once paid his medical accounts after he became involved in an accident with motor vehicles.
And if he continues to clean up flying weights from all other organizations, there may be no other choice for the UFC other than to re -sign it.
At the moment a large majority of the MMA fan base believes that Mokaev is one of the few hunters who can be a tough challenge for the current UFC fly weight champion, Alexandre Pantoja.
