Arsenal wants Crystal Palace star Ebereechi Eze make their next signing of the big money, but the Gunners no longer have time if they want to activate a release clause in his contract
Crystal Palace -chairman Steve Parish has resigned himself to players who leave the club in the midst of Arsenal's interest in Ebereechi Eze. The Gunners see the English man as their newest addition of the big money of summer.
Eze has written a release clause of £ 68 million in his contract with the Eagles, although that ends on 15 August, which means that Arsenal has only a limited amount of time left if they want to make a movement. As soon as that ends, Palace could negotiate over an even higher price.
But it seems that chairman Parish Arsenal has given encouragement prior to a possible movement, claiming that players who leave the club are just a natural process. Speaking after the win vs Liverpool of the Eagles, he said: “Players come and go in football clubs, you know, I mean, it's a life cycle, not? Hopefully they are still there. That's what I want, but we'll see.”
In the midst of Arsenal's interest in Eze, Gunners -icon Ray Parlor supported the winger to become the last signing of the summer of summer. Speaking at Talksport, he said: “I think there might be a signature.
“I don't know how much money they have about whether they should look, but if there is enough money, it would be eze [a great signing]. “
He added: “He would be [playing] Left there, maybe, but you have to have options. You have to have many players who can just come in and be able to come from the team. And we all know that you have to have depth.
“A lot of depth if you play Champions League football, the FA Cup, so many games. That is why Norgaard would be good for Arsenal, because he can get in certain competitions, he has the experience.
“And he knows that he will be a second violin, but he can still play a major role for Arsenal in certain areas. So I think Eze would be the icing on the cake.”

Eze is not the only Crystal Palace star who is subject to serious interest this summer. Defender Marc Guehi is also looked at by Liverpool, because they strive to sign a new center-back prior to next month's deadline.
Reports suggested that the Reds led the race for the English man, in which Chelsea had shifted their focus to alternative goals. Speaking of his future, parish said, “Yes. I mean, we should [consider bids]Naturally. For players of that caliber to leave for free, it is a problem. Unfortunately there is no doubt about it.
“We had one bid [last summer] But Joachim [Andersen] went [to Fulham ] And we couldn't afford to lose them both. We still had an offer in January, but that was also a difficult situation, and the player had a position about it. So we just have to see what is happening, but it needs a new contract or a kind of conclusion. “
