Last week the UFC announced that former lightweight champion Charles Oliveira will return in October to lead UFC Rio against Rafael Fiziev.
The Vechtnieuws came as a shock for the fan base considering it not long ago that Oliveira was eliminated by Ilia Topuria on UFC 317 cold.
