Real Madrid has to make a big sale this summer, with most of their editions limited to the outputs of veterans and Castilla players. The Brazilian star Rodrygo Goes, however, is the one who appears to be a possible departure in the last weeks of the transfer window.
Los Blancos has made it clear that they are open to offers, and Rodrygo seems to be enthusiastic in a switch to the Premier League. Arsenal and Liverpool are most strongly linked to Rodrygo most of the summer, with the first investigation into a loan offer for Rodrygo with an option or obligation to buy next year. Liverpool will only chase Rodrygo if their move for Alexander Isak fails.
However, this week it emerged that Manchester City has revived their interest in Rodrygo. Their decision to move depends on a potential exit for Savinho, which is on the agenda in Tottenham Hotspur. Spurs must meet the asking price of the city, which goes beyond € 50-60 million. Nevertheless, sources near the business have indicated to football España that if they reach a deal for Savinho, City will start without delay negotiations.
Depending on the resolution of the Savinho deal, City is planning to come to Real Madrid with an offer worth € 80 million plus an extra € 20 million in variables. Arsenal and Liverpool still have to discuss such high figures as things. Agent Pini Zahavi is working on the issue and Paris Saint-Germain monitors the situation. Al-Nassr in Saudi Arabia is also interested, but Rodrygo wants to stay in Europe.
It is an offer that can lead to a deal with Real Madrid. Earlier it was said that Florentino Perez would accept an offer in the range of € 100 million, with € 80 million the minimum for a fixed fee they would consider. From there it seems that City and Real Madrid might find a center.
