Viktor Gyokeres’ incredible body transformation makes him ‘perfect fit’ for Arsenal, says Thierry Henry

Thierry Henry says that the incredible body transformation of Viktor Gyokees makes him the “perfect fit” for Arsenal.

The Gunners -the legend, however, stated that fans are 'patient' with their new no. 9 in their attempt to win a first prem title since 2004.

Baas Mikel Arteta has made the Swedish striker Gyoker his selection frame that signed this summer in a £ 63.5 million deal from Sporting Lisbon.

The 27-year-old has previously experienced English football failure to appear for Brighton between 2017 and 2021 before spending two years at Coventry in the championship where he scored 40 goals in 97 outings.

At the time, Gyokeres was a raw and Lean-Jongere who learned his profession in a newest photo shoot, he has proven that he has since been embedded in a target score monster, and to pay 97 goals in 102 performances for sport.

And Club-Legend Henry said: 'He was already in England, let's not forget that. He was at Coventry, he couldn't do it in Brighton.

“So you can see a man who already knows what struggling is and comes back from that.

“He is more confident and you can see from his body how he took care of himself, the way he has changed.

“You have a man who is a murderer in the box – not lying songs – and you have a team that creates many opportunities, so it should be the perfect match.”

In his luxury penthouse in Lisbon, Gyokeres had a built -in gym where he remained in shape and revealed to Sunsport last month that he spent his days sleeping, eating and exercising while waiting for his arsenal movement on rubber stamped on July 26.

One of the six income in this transfer window, Gyokeres is seen as the missing piece of the puzzle in the Bod of Arteta to end the 21-year-old waiting of Arsenal on the Premier League title to have finished second in the spider for three years after three years.

Gyokeres scored his first goal for the North London people in their 3-0 previous season victory at Athletic Bilbao in the Emirates last weekend.

And there is enormous pressure on the striker to hit the ground in Arsenal's Prem Opener Road in Manchester United on Sunday – attracting Henry's famous No.14 shirt.

But between 1999 and 2006, Henry-Die scored a club record 228 goals for Arsenal, in which he cancel two league titles in 2002 and 2004-belt that it can take time for Gyokees to leave his mark.

The Frenchman said: “It is always unfair when I talk about a striker, it brings unnecessary pressure because it goes above and outside.

“What you want is that people are patient with him, and what is annoying is that people are no longer that patient.

“They want the man to perform immediately, score goals immediately and let us win immediately, which does not happen often. Sometimes it doesn't click immediately.

“I love it when people show me what they can do, and then I can talk. At the moment people like to talk for the performance.”

Arsenal now has an impressive set of attacking options that also include Bukayo Saka, Kai Havertz, Gabriel Martinelli, Noni Madueke and Leandro Trossard.

Henry continued: “I am a fan of Arsenal, I clearly hope he will do well, do goals for us and guide us to a title, but he will not do that alone.

“We have seen that goals do not always assure you a title. We have seen boys with crazy songs, but they have won nothing. The team around them must be good.

“From what I have seen from him and how he is ready, hopefully it will be a great match and we can finally go back to lift that trophy. But many teams want to lift that.”

Gyokeres was forced to stop at the sport to get his arsenal movement, while the police are currently investigating a shooting and alleged blackmail plot with the family member of an agent connected to the deferred deal trapped in a double explosion in Stockholm, Sweden.

The spotlights are on Gyokeres after a disturbed preseason, but Henry added: “You saw his goal against Athletic Bilbao.

“That instinct and understanding to anticipate the cross, a great header with a soft touch to lead it to the other side of the goal – he is a real no. 9. That is the purpose of a 9.

“He is not a Firmino type of 9 that enters the midfield. He wants to sit in the box, between the posts, and he said it himself – put the ball in the box and serve me.”

Arteta will come under enormous pressure if Arsenal does not lift silverware – their last trophy that will be in the FA Cup in 2020 – and lets a nightmare start with United, Liverpool, Nottingham Forest, Manchester City and Newcastle in their first six games.

With Betway, Henry said: “For Arsenal, it will be the year? That is what it will be for the entire season. They will drop points, they will win games.

“Can they do it? It has been something for a long time, but this year I think it will be the year in which something has to happen.

“If you don't start properly, questions will be asked immediately because of what happened recently.”
