Before the start of a new Ligue 1 season, get French football news from five prospects that could burst on stage.
Louis Leroux – FC Nantes
The Academies of Brittany are known for their development of talent. Rennes recently passed Eduardo Camavinga, Ousmane Dembélé, Mathys Tel and Désirédoué through Eduardo Camavinga, Ousmane Dembélé. Nantes also has their part of success stories, such as Marcel Desailly, Didierdeschamps and Claude Makélélé who graduates from their system.
Louis Leroux is the newest in a long line from Academy players who get a shot in the first team. The midfielder has already begun to break through, and makes eight competition -start -start last season, while giving two goals and one assist. Under LuÃs Castro he is expected to continue the HISDevelopment, he was allowed to stay with his formative club.
The Frenchman has attracted an interest from ALS Monaco, who certainly has an eye for a talented prospect. Leroux, who is often active in deeper areas of midfield, has already shown HisenHANCED Game Intelligence and Eye for a Pass. For an 18-year-old he already owns GreatVision, which comes in handy. His end product can be worked once, but such an avoidance is of course at the moment in the career of a midfielder. But Leroux feels something like cleaning – he is versatile and skilled in so many different areas that it can be formed and Madeto fits into any midfield position. In short, he is the dream of a manager, and so he will almost certainly become more prominent this season.

Enzo Molebe – Olympique Lyonnais
Enzo Molebe has had a unique opportunity at Lyon prior to the new Ligue 1 season. With Alexandre Lacazette, the club and Georges Mikautadze leave the only Senior Spitsable for Paulo Fonseca, the 17-year-old has been promoted to the first team. Although it can claim that he will only have the opportunity given the adverse situation of the club, they will indicate the impressive process of the French Youth International in their estrangs internally instead.
Molebe has previously been praised by Chelsea and is an instinctive finisher. Productive at the level of youth, Thefrenchman became the youngest player to scored a brace for Les Gones in 2024, albeit in a frame. Internationally, the OL striker scored nine goals in 10 performances for France U16Sand was crucial in the U17 Euro with important goals against Portugal and Spain.
Although not the highest, the striker has a physical lead on his game and it is comfortable to lead the press from the front. However, the attacker had to endure his problems. Molebe previously struck a serious knee injury, which hindered his development, but he responded in the best possible way to score in his comeback match. This mental robustness will be good after his first full preseason in the books, prior to the new Ligue 1 season, which probably looks like increased function.

Kyllian Antonio – RC -Lens
Professional debut usually comes in the dying minutes of low bet, but Kyllianantonio was thrown in the deep end. The 17-year-old was chosen to start with RC lens during their trip to Lille OSC in the Derby du Nord.
Injuries to Juma Bah and Jonathan Gradit had opened the door for the Center-Rug, and while he was his first preliminary steps in the professional game, it seemed that it was all far for the France Youth International. Errors and miscommunication were the highlights of his first half when the lens dropped 1-0.
It seemed as if it was kind to crochet him during the break, but instead his manager will still go through the decision and a completely different player could arise. Antonio was not wrong and showed an enormous maturity to rectify himself and to use a composed performance. Antonio only made two more performances for Lens when the club saw their injury crisis, but a lasting impression remained.
There is a feeling around this Lensteam that there are big opportunities for players Braveenough to get them. Antonio could be one of them.

Ibrahim Mbaye-Paris Saint-Germain
PSG has changed course in recent years because they have been sent away from their “bling -bling” strategy. Les Parisiens are not only under LuÃs Campos, who are more intelligent in the transfer window and pay eight attention to the talented domestic pole, but they also offer Apathway for their own Academy products. Warren Zaire-Emery was the first to make the leap, while Senny Mayulu, who took the final of the Champions League, was followed in his wake. In addition to having spoken a space for themselves in this team, and their recruitment has adjusted leg -specific to prevent their progress from calling. Ibrahim Mbaye is the next player who is expected to settle.
Last season (including the FIFA Club World Cup) Mbaye made 12 performances for his formative club, with one goal. His breakthrough was rewarded with a first professional contract before the end of the season. He is PSG's third-year-old goals ever and will want to use a claim for further minutes. A right winger, however, is confronted with a considerable competition to board the team, with a focus on the Champions League again, he should at least have to perform in Theleague and in domestic cup matches. Luis Enrique likes direct wing players who can really use technically to hire a man. Mbaye certainly falls into that category.

Jaydee Canvot – Toulouse FC
Only a few looks is needed to understand why Aston Villa is willing to pay the Bigbucks for Jaydee Canvot. The Frenchman played his first professional minutes for the last season Toulouse and collected just over 1000 minutes of playing time. However, at the age of 19, and with Meagre experience in the professional world, he shows the spell reading and Nous of Aveteran Defender. His ability to recognize danger and then to know exactly how to do Italready distinguishes him from many of his colleagues.
At a time when pace and power are given priority in the development of players, especially when it comes to center backs-he has a little more. He also has those capacities, as well as the opportunity to win his air dutels, despite his lack of height, but it is his mental properties that make him a coveted player.
Apart from his defensive capacities, after his years, Canvot, as modern defenders are, should not weaken with the ball at his feet. Whether it is about distributing the game with a cross field ball or by wearing a dribble, he has all the start of a potential Elite Center-back. The big clubs can see that this season could be the season in which he really announces himself to a more global audience.
