Dante will miss OGC Nice's season opener against Toulouse FC. The club captain suffers from a small knee injury. On Friday, Franck Haise spoke that Dante was unable to train this week, and so he will not play a role for Le Gym on Saturday evening.
However, there was better news for Hicham Boudaoui. De Algerijns also missed the Midweek -League against SL Benfica in the qualifications of the UEFA Champions League. Haise, however, confirmed that he would be suitable for playing against Toulouse. Nice will need Boudaoui, with Morgan Sanson currently with a hamstring injury. It leaves them light in this sector of the pitch, even if Salis Abdul Samed has arrived and is eligible to appear.
