Daniel Cormier describes Ko -Scene
The UFC cameras are away from Pico, while medical professionals were present at UFC 319.
Fans briefly saw someone try to remove the Gumshield from the unconscious feather weight.
According to Cormier, Pico's jaw was so tense from the Ko -Klap that his mouth protector would not come out.
Now the former UFC champion with double weight is worried about the future of Pico in sport after his fifth MMA loss.
“I am a wrestler, so I know Aaron Pico since he was a little boy.” Said Cormier on his YouTube channel.
“That was a bad knockout. His teeth were clamped together. They could not remove the mouth protector.
“That is very worrying for Aaron Pico. He has now been eliminated several times, and when he is eliminated, it is really badly switched off. So there is a little concern for the Pico side.
“Hats off for Lerone Murphy for standing up in his biggest place ever.”
Aaron Pico -Update
At the time of writing, Pico did not spoke about his devastating defeat at UFC 319.
The only update about his health we have had is Van Dana White immediately after his last pay-per-view event.
Geoff Neal suffered a grim rotating elbow ko loss to Carlos Prates just before the co-headliner.
White gave a medical update about the two UFC 319 stars that had similar losses on the map.
“Pico has been transferred [to the hospital] And I have heard nothing about Geoff, I think it's okay, “said the UFC CEO during his press conference after the fight.
“But Pico, I am not a doctor, but I will say that he certainly has a concussion.
“We have heard nothing that something bad is happening.
“He is checked on his head and face.”
