Israel Adesanya froze for 8 seconds after almost missing UFC 319 knockout that broke the internet

Israel Adesanya missed almost the best moment of UFC 319 because he was too busy with Japs.

The former two -time middleweight champion watched from home while Khamzat Chimaev claimed his old title on Saturday night.

Dricus Du Plessis was on his way to a crooked unanimous decision defeat in the United Center in Chicago.

The main event of UFC 319 was somewhat overshadowed by what happened during the co-headliner.

UFC 319 Ko Froze Israel Adesanya

Aaron Pico's long-awaited UFC debut ended in a disastrous knockout loss in the first round.

Lerone Murphy's cruel rotating back reading left the ex-caller star cold on the canvas on UFC 319.

Israël Adesanya filmed his live reaction to De Ko and uploaded it to his YouTube channel on Sunday.

'The Last Stylebender' looked away from the TV screen and spoke about his dog just before the last shot landed.

Adesanya turned around when Pico ate the elbow who has since become viral to 'break the internet'.

The 36-year-old responded to the Ko by leaving a high scream and putting his hands on his head.

Adesanya continued to make noise, but he was so stunned by the finish that he did not move eight seconds.

“What the F -? I spoke about a few s -” he said after he finally got his trance.

“He is a good hunter, but again, the levels of Bellator. He has strength, but levels of fighting …

“That is why I said I wanted to change my choice. I did not change my choice because I felt he still has the power.

'I have to give [Murphy] respect because I was once [UFC] Embedded, I knew he was the man. '

Israel Adesanya praises Khamzat Chimaev

Adesanya predicted that 'Deep Waters' would be the difference for Du Plessis vs. Chimaev.

The New Zealander thought that 'DDP' would survive the early attack to score a late break.

Adesanya, however, gave Chimaev his approval seal after he had been wrongly proven at UFC 319.

“Not what I expected,” he said.

“I am happy that Khamzat has repaired his cardio or has improved his cardio to the point where he can go five rounds and just go to people in Ragdoll.

“Khamzat new middleweight champion. Division is in good hands.”
