Bukayo Saka gives verdict on Viktor Gyokeres after quiet Arsenal debut

Viktor Gyokees made his long-awaited Prime Minister League debut in Old Trafford on Sunday, but the new Arsenal striker came in for criticism after struggling against the Red Devils.

Viktor Gyokees provided something to “build” despite the signing of a blank on his entire Arsenal debut. Arsenal Bukayo Saka insists that £ 64 million striker Gyokores has all the characteristics of a center of top quality and is already setting up in his new environment.

Gyokores, 27, did not get any shot at goal and was replaced after making his first Arsenal start in the Premier League in Manchester United.

It made many fans wonder about his competence and fitness and the Sweden International has managed only two weeks full training after his long -term switch from Sporting Lisbon.

Gyokores represents a big gamble for the Gunners because he was productive in sport, but still has to prove himself in a top competition and he is now in the spotlight in Arsenal.

But Saka is convinced of the qualities of his new teammate and says that Gyokores will be ready for the physical challenges of the Premier League. The wing player Saka from England said: 'I was impressed by him and he fought for us. It was tough. There was a big battle there. I thought he was doing well.

“His performance gives us something to build and I am sure it will help him next week. He has worn well and also the other boys.”

Arsenal went out on a big summer editions while they splash enormous money on gyokores, bought Martin Zubimendi for £ 51 million and Noni Madueke for £ 52 million.

They also brought Crithian Mosquera, Christian Norgaard, who missed the United trip with a small knock – and reserve Kepa Arizabalaga to strengthen their team and suddenly their bank looks very strong.

But it is still to consider whether they have enough X factor in their ranks to push Liverpool and Manchester City in the title race.

Saka was scare honest about the shortcomings of Arsenal and knows that they have to improve against Leeds on Saturday and their next road is to Liverpool.

Saka added: “It was not a great achievement. We are happy with the three points, to get away with a victory from Old Trafford. We were not in our usual standards, the basis, the base, false giving away actions. Our decision -making was not great and that cost us a lot of momentum.
