Bournemouth completed the signing of £ 25 million from Liverpool -wing player Ben Doak.
Liverpool has inserted a buy -back clause in the deal.
The new signing of Bournemouth will now be called Ben Gannon Doak to display the names of both parents and will wear the number 11 shirt.
“I buzz to be here. I feel that it is the right time for me and it is a great opportunity to play football regularly at the highest level. It feels like the perfect fit, “said Doak.
'The team plays very nice football. It is fast and it really fits my game, so I felt that I couldn't say no to the chance of playing here. '
The deal is a significant profit for Liverpool, which in 2022 signed Celtic for £ 600,000 from Celtic.
Doak made a total of 10 first team performances for Liverpool during his time at the Premier League champions.
The 19-year-old, who signed a five-year-old deal in Bournemouth, spent on loan last season in Middlesborough.
Doak made 24 performances in the championship, scored three goals and offered seven assists.
The Scotland International was named the EFL's Young Player of the Month Award in November.
Tiago Pinto, head of the football activities of Bournemouth, said that Doak fits with the club's model.
“Ben is an exciting young talent who has shown his quality at the highest level despite his age,” said Pinto.
'He brings pace and energy that fits well with our model and we look forward to helping him to fulfill his potential at AFC Bournemouth.
“We are delighted to bring another player to the club to this window while we continue to reinvest in the team.”
