OFFICIAL: Verona’s wing-back Jackson Tchatchoua joins Wolves on a five-year deal

Wolves announce that Jackson Tchatchoua has moved from Hellas Verona to Molineux and a five -year -old deal has been signed.

Wolves have reinforced their defensive options with the signing of Jackson Tchatchoua from the Side Hellas Verona series for a five -year -old deal.

The right -wing back, whose deal, has an option of 12 months, is a Cameroon International and joins the top of Italian football after two years, where he was recognized as the fastest player in the Serie A last season.

The 23-year-old started his senior career at Charleroi in Belgium, who made his debut four years ago and even then, still, a teenager, he was already like a wing back and gave assists.

A first senior goal came to Genk from the right, while his second from the left against RFC Seraing, and showed the raw pace that Tchatchoua has, as well as his versatility.

During his second season with Charleroi, Tchatchoua declared herself available for Cameroon and, after they had been called to their group under 23, his senior debut in a world cup qualification against Cape Verde in June 2024.

That international debut came as a player of Hellas Verona, where he initially came on loan. Tchatchoua claimed a debut help against Frosinon and was enough impressed by the elite of Italy to earn a permanent step.

Last season the young person was a fixture for Club and Country and played a total of 43 games when Verona retained their Serie A status and Cameroon booked their place in the Africa Cup of Nations of December.

Tchatchoua, who produced the top speed in the Serie A at 36.3 km/h last season, ended the campaign with two goals and three assists, the last arrival in his last Serie A match for the club against Empoli in May, before his move to Molineux.
