Jake Paul and Anthony Joshua hit roadblock despite being in ‘advanced’ talks for grudge fight

The super fight of Jake Paul and Anthony Joshua came across his first major roadblock when both teams 'Advanced' Fight Talks came in.

YouTuber boxer Paul wants to accept two-time united heavyweight champion Joshua next year in a huge collision. Despite the farcical nature of the mismatch, it has moved to the top of the priority lists of both hunters.

Joshua has been out of operation since he was malignant eliminated last summer by Daniel Dubois in Wembley Stadium. In the meantime, Paul Julio Cesar defeated Chavez JR in June and for the first time since his fight with Mike Tyson should go back to heavyweight last November.

And Sky Sports News reports that there is 'no guarantee' that the British Boxing Board of Control would be willing to punish the fight. Promoter Eddie Hearn noted that to have the fight take place in a huge British stadium like Wembley, they should especially apply for the board.

Instead, Hearn claims, it is more likely that the fight would take place in America. There Paul is one of the biggest treks of Boxing, who sold the Honda Center and the Amalie Arena in the past year, on both sides of a huge 72,300 crowd for his fight with Mike Tyson in AT&T Stadium.

Jake Paul is in 'Advanced Talks' for Anthony Joshua fight

Hearn recently spoke with the pounding soil, where he noticed that conversations between the two sides were now in an 'advanced' stage. He spoke from New York City, where most valuable promotions are based, and remarkable meetings can take place while he is in America.

Asked where conversations were at this stage, Hearn said to host Charlie Parsons: “I would say that Advanced is probably the word that you would use clickbaiters. I never really expected this fight, but the more conversations I honestly, the more I think there is a very good chance.

“I am here in New York, having many meetings. I believe that Jake Paul wants the fight, don't ask me why. He believes he can win the fight and that is even more dangerous to be honest with you.”
